The criminal Las and the criminal procedure Law of China contains English and Chinese texts of China's two basic laws on criminal law and procedure, enacted in 1979, and of several subsequent Decisions amending and supplementing the two basic laws on such questions as economic crimes and the review of death sentences.
The original Chinese text of the laws and other documents are provided, as are Chinese and English glossaries.
